The MISP plan envisions New Mexico as a globally recognized center of excellence and innovation in the emerging media arts and sciences.

This is an ambitious undertaking, but we believe we have the necessary resources and the correct plan to achieve it.

The Plan's tangible goal is to create a viable, sustainable media industries cluster.

An industry cluster is a dense, rich ecosystem of companies, competitors, suppliers, markets, and professionals, supported by incentives, policies, research, and education. Clusters are the basis of regional competitiveness and sustainable advantage.
